How do I know that I will receive my order?

We understand the dangers of using the internet, however, as we import most (if not all) of our products, we’ve learned to trust our international suppliers. We will provide you with information on the progress of your order and you’ll be the first to know once it is within the borders of the country. The Black Corset will provide you with shipping information as soon as your order is processed and dispatched to you.

Our customers may text, call, email, or chat to us – plus you may leave us a message on our Facebook wall /Instagram comments and DM/ Twitter / Google+ or any other means of communication

How do I get a monthly discount coupon?

All our registered customers automatically receive a monthly newsletter with a discount coupon code and information from us. Please follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as well in order to keep in touch and to keep track of new products, specials, giveaways and discounts.

How long does it take to process an order?

As soon as all local orders are placed and completed online, we prepare it for shipment. As soon as the payment clears, we immediately ship it (Unless otherwise stated prior to the payment of the order). The process is longer for international orders but we still maintain the same spirit of urgency in getting customer orders processed as soon as possible.

Where do I find your banking details to make an EFT payment?

An invoice will be sent to you as soon as you’ve completed your online order. It will reflect our banking details for your convenience. Please feel free to confirm our banking details by email/whatsapp/chatbox on our website

How do I contact The Black Corset should anything go wrong during / after my transaction?

You may also chat to us in real-time using our Chatbox at the bottom of your screen or Whatsapp us or email us. We reply almost immediately to emails, especially when urgent. In the event that a telephone call is required, we will contact you on the telephone number you’ve saved on your profile when you register on our online shop should you indicate the urgency to do so on your correspondence

How do I qualify for free shipping?

To qualify for FREE SHIPPING, your total order must be above R500 (i.e. R501 upwards)
