ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

After orders are paid, the supplier’s warehouse department generally takes 2-6 working days for quality inspection, packaging, and then delivery to the logistics center for transportation. We ONLY use the  Priority / Express Shipping option with either FedEx or DHL to South Africa and go through the Customs clearance process, duties and taxes. Afterwards, the order is shipped locally to our customers by courier or Paxi (available at all PEP stores). Communication is updated with our customers across all stages from order placement, payment, shipping, customs clearance and local delivery.
