CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS TO CONFIRM CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted for shipping with our international suppliers then it is impossible to cancel or request a refund. Please make sure to confirm the cancellation of your order within 24 hours of having completed the payment. You will be responsible for bank charges to process this refund.

 

Returns & Refunds

SHOP | THE BLACK CORSET DOES NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS

We work with international suppliers and therefore cannot accept returns or process refunds. It is imperative that a customer is certain about the items they order and purchase. The cost of importing goods is too high and returning anything is just not worth that cost.

*All our products are imported from the United States and beyond. Be aware of shipping and processing times when completing your online orders. Chat to us with any questions (use our website chat on the bottom-left of the screen).

  • Order processing time: 3 – 5 days
  • International shipping time: 10 – 20 days
  • Order is shipped locally via PAXI (for PEP stores collections) or The Courier Guy (courier)

Auto-notification emails are sent to all customers with pending orders at each stage of updating the order status. This includes the SA Customs process.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

After orders are paid, the supplier’s warehouse department generally takes 2-6 working days for quality inspection, packaging, and then delivery to the logistics center for transportation. We ONLY use the  Priority / Express Shipping option with either FedEx or DHL to South Africa and go through the Customs clearance process, duties and taxes. Afterwards, the order is shipped locally to our customers by courier or Paxi (available for collection at all PEP stores). Communication is updated with our customers across all stages from order placement, payment, shipping, customs clearance and local delivery. 

  • The easiest, safest and most preferable payment option is to complete your payment via our secure website. We use PayFast Instant EFT.

 

  • Your second option is to pay via EFT and send proof of payment to us. This option takes time and requires us to wait until the payment reflects in our bank.

 

  • Your third and last payment option is to pay us using our PayPal.Me link – this option is the slowest of the three. We need to first wait for PayPal to complete our payment request before we can process your order. (We obviously do not encourage this option unless it is absolutely necessary).

There’s a PEP store in almost every city, small town or even rural area. It’s a safe and cheap option to receive your order if you don’t mind collecting from your local store.
