Welcome to Virtually Creativ! By accessing or purchasing from our online shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or making a purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services. Please note that the terms from 1 to the bottom of the page relate to all product types (physical and digital). 

VirtuallyCreativ (www.theblackcorset.co.za) does not manage any physical products, please note this before purchasing any of our non-digital products. Your orders are shipped from several international service providers with the best quality of material used to produce the art and designs of VirtuallyCreativ.

All our physical products are shipped from several drop shipping service provider and by default, all returns are to be made to the return address of the facility where your package was fulfilled. The following will provide you with an address based on where you specific product has been shipped from. Use the correct location from below based on where your order was shipped from:

• Packages sent out from our US and Mexico facilities are returned to 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019.
• Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4, Canada.
• Packages sent out from our Latvian facility are returned to Lidostas Parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167.
• Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
• Packages sent out from our UK facility are returned to Antar 2, 1 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 6PZ.
• Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia(apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).
• Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Japan are returned to Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan (apparel orders); Ibe 15, Kunogi, Nakanoto, Kashima, Ishikawa prefecture, Japan 929-1801 (non-apparel orders).
• Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Brazil are returned to Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias – RJ, Brasil.

• When reshipping your order, new shipping charges will be applied.
  
  

Contact us before you process a return for a product you’re unhappy with or ensure that you remember to address the return to “VirtuallyCreativ Returns” followed by your selected location-based address as listed above. 

NB. Custom duties are charged with product shipped internationally, so please be aware of this inevitable cost when placing your order.

• Virtually Creativ is an online shop exclusively selling digital products created by Virtual Work Manager. All products are provided as-is, and we reserve the right to update or modify our offerings without prior notice.

2. Digital Products

• All products sold on Virtually Creativ are digital downloads, including but not limited to Procreate Brushes, Digital Planners, Journals, Art Prints, and Trackers.

• Products are delivered instantly upon successful payment via a downloadable link. No physical items will be shipped.

• We take great care to ensure our products are of high quality and compatible with the platforms specified in the product descriptions. However, we are not responsible for any incompatibility issues that may arise due to device or software limitations.

3. Intellectual Property

• All products and content on Virtually Creativ, including designs, text, graphics, and digital products, are the intellectual property of Virtual Work Manager.

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital products for personal use only.

• Redistribution, resale, modification, or sharing of our products is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.

4. Payments and Pricing

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Virtually Creativ does not store or have access to your payment information.

• You are responsible for any additional fees, such as taxes or currency conversion charges, that may apply.

• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not provided except in cases of accidental duplicate purchases or technical issues that prevent product use.

• If you experience issues with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your order, and we will assist in resolving the matter.

• Virtually Creativ and Virtual Work Manager are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our digital products, including but not limited to loss of data or device incompatibility.
